Job Description

Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services
Location: LUBBOCK, TX
Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications, and install/remove PCs.

Possess good verbal and written skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you will be paid for mileage).

Significant experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment, including experience supporting Office and Outlook.
