JSI invites you to join our Engineering team as a Network Engineer III focused on broadband IP in Lubbock, TX. You will work on fiber access architectures, building scalable, multi-vendor PON networks and integrating with IP/MPLS backbones to support clients nationwide.
The role requires deep expertise in GPON/XGS-PON and OLT/ONT platforms, plus strong written deliverables and client-facing communication. Demonstrated mentoring and project leadership are highly valued at JSI.
