This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role that requires a technician who is equally comfortable troubleshooting a network switch as they are configuring a C-suite executive's conference room for a high-stakes video call.

2. Infrastructure & Directory Services
- LAN/WAN Connectivity: Troubleshoot desktop-to-wall-jack connectivity, including patch cable management and basic switch port configuration.
- Active Directory: Manage user objects, security groups, and organizational units (OUs). Perform routine password resets and account lock-out resolutions.
- Print Server & Print Management:

- Deploy, configure, and add network and local printers to servers and end-user workstations.
- Troubleshoot complex printing issues encompassing USB-connected devices, network-attached printers, local print jobs, and system-wide printing failures.
- Networking & Connectivity:
- Diagnose and resolve LAN and WAN network connectivity issues, collaborating with network administrators when necessary to isolate and fix bottlenecks, routing issues, or hardware failures.
3. Data Protection & Recovery
- Backup Monitoring: Monitor daily backup jobs via Veeam Backup & Replication to ensure 100% success rates for critical workstations and local file shares.
- Disaster Recovery: Execute file-level and full-system restores upon user or management request.
- Health Checks: Perform regular testing of backup integrity to ensure compliance with company RTO/RPO objectives.
- Conference Room Support: Provide "white-glove" setup and troubleshooting for AV equipment, including projectors, integrated mics, and large-format displays.
- Virtual Meetings: Support Zoom/Teams/Webex rooms, ensuring integrated hardware (Logitech, Poly, or Crestron) is updated and operational.
