BECU is seeking a Director of Technology to lead a broad portfolio of financial services technology. You will shape technology strategy and delivery across payments, wealth management, lending, and credit cards, driving modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, and Dev Ops.
You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to align roadmaps with member outcomes, manage a high-performance team, and foster Agile practices and continuous delivery.
