A local immigration law firm is currently looking for a bilingual associate attorney.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and court procedures.
• Proficient in legal research and writing (motions, briefs, and petitions).
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, as the majority of clients may be Spanish-speaking.
• Effective oral advocacy skills for court hearings, client meetings, and USCIS interviews.
• Willingness to travel for court hearings, USCIS interviews, and detention center visits across the country (if necessary).
• Commitment to upholding the firm’s values of client-centered advocacy and professional excellence.
