Operations Supervisor, Outbound

“RLX is truly a one of a kind company that backs up intent with action. Everyday the focus is always on finding solutions instead of focusing on the problems.”

RLX

There is a real person on the other end of every delivery, every relationship, every mile. The work you do here connects to a greater purpose — and so do you.

We invest in the people who show up. Build new skills, take on more responsibility, and find a path that’s actually yours.

This is a team that looks out for each other. We celebrate wins, run through storms together, and make sure everyone knows they’re valued.

From your first day forward, we want you to feel supported — at work and beyond it.

• Medical and dental through Cigna, effective your first full month.

• Auto-enrolled through Transamerica. We match 100% of your first 3%, then 50% up to 4%.

• Three weeks annually to start, with carryover.
• Five weeks for Directors and above.
• Paid and unpaid leave for new parents, including adoption.
• After 7 years, eligible Extra Milers receive 4 consecutive weeks of paid sabbatical.
• Three paid days a year to serve in your community.

• Someone to talk to, pray with, or just listen — whatever you need.

• Financial and emotional support for Extra Milers facing hardship.

Our Operations division coordinates every stage of the supply chain — from Final Mile delivery and Middle Mile transportation to freight management and dedicated solutions. The work is fast-paced, the problems are real, and the people who thrive here are the ones who show up, dig in, and keep moving forward.

Every division runs because of the people behind it. Our corporate teams span finance, communications, talent, technology, and more — building the systems, strategies, and culture that make Riverstone work. If you’re passionate about building processes, empowering people, and shaping what’s next, you belong here.

Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is a big and bulky supply chain powerhouse delivering seamless final mile, middle mile, warehousing, fulfillment, and storage solutions through a nationally integrated platform.

Founded in 2017 by five partners who believed logistics could be built around something bigger than moving freight, we began with furniture delivery and grew into a nationwide provider serving complex supply chains across the United States.

We are a purpose-driven company. We exist to use our God-given talents and opportunities to love our neighbors, serve our communities, and improve our industry. That purpose shapes how we lead our teams, how we partner with our customers, and how we take ownership of every delivery.

Our people, who we call Extra Milers, bring genuine integrity and care to every mile. If you lead well, communicate with clarity, and want your work to mean something, we want to meet you. If you're looking for a place where people genuinely matter, you've found it.
