Location:

Lubbock, TX. Salary: $65,000.00–$75,000.00.

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
• Account for all aspects of operations, including adherence to quality standards, systems, and procedures.
• Drive sales-building initiatives and monitor cost control—labor, cost of sales, sales revenue, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and maintain high-quality staff.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel to ensure timely communication on projects and initiatives.

• Knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments.
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with smartphones, tablets, PCs.
• Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive between locations.
• Flexible availability as required by business needs.
• 3–5 years of operations (management) experience.
