The Senior Mechanical Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery. This role requires a strong background in commercial mechanical systems and proven leadership in managing complex projects and teams.

• Lead and manage mechanical projects ranging from $1M to $10M+.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and project engineers.

• 10+ years of mechanical construction / project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
