• Lead all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale federal projects (USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, VA, GSA, or similar).
• Drive schedule, safety, and quality with an uncompromising, results‑oriented approach.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Anticipate and solve problems before they slow the project down.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff, setting the standard for excellence.
• Be the face of the project with owners, government representatives, and stakeholders.

• Proven Experience – 10+ years in the field, with several completed federal projects.
• Leadership Presence – A true “command of the site” professional who can earn respect from crews and clients alike.
• Technical Knowledge – Deep understanding of federal specs, QA / QC, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Clear Communicator – Able to manage complex details and keep everyone on point.
