Title Manager

The Title Manager at Impact Title provides relational, operational, and strategic leadership to a team of escrow officers and closing coordinators. This role is responsible for cultivating a high-performing, accountable, and emotionally healthy team while ensuring an exceptional closing experience for home buyers, lenders, and partners.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of escrow officers and closing coordinators through consistent one‑on‑one coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of unity, trust, accountability, and growth—personally, professionally, and (where appropriate) spiritually.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely closings with an exceptional customer experience for home buyers.
• Train and develop team members in all technical aspects of title software, escrow processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
• Serve as a key communication bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and trust.
• Actively seek and integrate feedback from customers, lenders, Betenbough Homes, and internal team members.

• Escrow License
• Experience with Qualia (Title Software)

• Vision for near, mid‑range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
• Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
• Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds.

• Average 40 hours per week (8am‑5pm, M‑F).
