Accounting & Finance, Accounting Manager
At some point, most Audit Managers hit the same crossroads.
Do I stay where I am... or is there actually something bigger out there?
If you've reached the stage where you want more than another annual pay rise, this could be the role for you.
This isn't about stepping into a gap that's been left behind. It's about joining a firm that's already thinking about the next generation of leadership. The Partners are looking for someone who wants to grow into the business, take on more responsibility and eventually become part of its future ownership.
You’ll lead audit engagements, build long term client relationships and mentor the team around you, while still staying involved enough technically to keep the work interesting.
The clients are mainly privately owned businesses, real estate and agriculture. If agriculture is new to you, don’t worry. Good auditors can learn industries. The firm knows that.
One of the things I like most is how approachable the leadership team is. If you’ve got an idea, you’re talking directly to the people who can make it happen. No layers of management. No waiting six months for a decision.
Whether you’re already in West Texas or thinking about relocating to Lubbock, they’re open to the conversation.
Sometimes the biggest career move isn’t changing firms.
It’s finding one where you can actually see the future.
