• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Power Systems, Battery technologies and/or Electronics experience (coursework and internship experience apply).
• Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted state driver's license.
• Frequent travel to customer sites is required, with up to 25% of drive-time expected.

• Associate’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field from an Accredited Institution or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering program from an accredited institution.
• Ability to read schematic drawings and knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair techniques.
• Electrical Technology Certificate from an accredited institution.

• Install, maintain, and repair Eaton power systems, battery technologies, and related electronic equipment at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical systems using schematic diagrams and test equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure reliability and compliance with Eaton standards.
• Document service activities including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of Eaton equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance during all service activities, adhering to Eaton and customer safety protocols.
• Manage travel schedules efficiently to meet service commitments, with up to 25% drive-time expected.
• Lift and transport equipment weighing 50+ lbs as required for installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate parts or resources for repairs.
