Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Role And Responsibilities- Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to schedule and execute maintenance projects, including equipment relocation, layout optimization, and installations.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Oversee the installation of wiring and conduit for new and existing equipment, including conveyors and programmable controllers.
- Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and ensure proper inventory levels for equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance records, including inventory tracking and equipment logs. (server) numerous fosters improved safety and the program.
- Promote a safe and clean working environment by adhering to and enforcing company safety policies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related maintenance goals and supporting production objectives.
- Strong knowledge of production carrière the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with various machinery and controls.
- Working knowledge of electrical motor control systems and components.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and working in various environments for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or advanced training preferred.
- Expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
- Experience with project management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
- Satisfactory pre-employment physical and drug tests are required.
