Job Description

Lightheaded Helmets is searching for a proficient industrial painter to fill an immediate-for-hire Paint Technician position.

Ideal candidates have prior work experience in industrial painting on jobs that require detail, care, and multiple coats, with the practical knowledge and ability to correct issues and problem solve where paint and chemical issues may arise. Applicants must also place safety first and understand the use of and requirements of PPE in painting.

The Paint Technician position will require incumbents to perform repetitive production painting with possible frequent paint changes, including custom paintwork and prototype painting.

This full-time position has custom paint work involved so, on the job training will be supplied. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with longer hours possible. Compensation for this position ranges between $20.00 to $26.00 per hour; pay will be dependent upon experience and skill.
