Turret Punch Press Operator | 2nd Shift | Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with weekend overtime only if you want it.
Pay rate: $20.65/hr
A hands-on machine role where your setup skills and accuracy matter.
A team that puts safety, quality, and continuous improvement first.
Not a morning person, and want a role where you’re trusted to run the job, not just load parts? This position gives you a consistent Monday to Friday 2nd shift, so your mornings stay free, and your weekends stay yours unless you choose to pick up extra hours.
You’ll set up and operate turret punch press equipment from work orders and specifications, inspect material before it runs, and check your work with measuring tools to make sure every part meets spec. It’s skilled, focused work where your precision directly affects on-time delivery for customers.
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment for someone who takes pride in doing things safely and getting them right. As you prove yourself, you’ll also help train team members and contribute to improving how the work gets done.
Many operator roles keep you on one repetitive task. In this one you own the process: setting up the machine, verifying material, running the job, checking quality, and keeping records. You’ll work alongside a team that takes safety, quality, and continuous improvement seriously, and experienced operators get the chance to train others, so your know-how is valued. With your mornings free and voluntary weekend overtime, you decide how your time and your extra earnings work for you.
