Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Neurosurgery
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support neurosurgery teams in Lubbock, TX. This full‑time on‑site position involves hospital call coverage, patient rounds, documentation, and ambulatory clinic support.
Responsibilities- Participate in hospital neurosurgery call coverage (24‑hour trauma call, 1:6 shift).
- Assist neurosurgeons with patient rounds, documentation, and postoperative care.
- Provide clinical support to clinic patients in an ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Completed an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- Texas Registered Nurse license with current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Experience in neurosurgery or related critical care (preferred).
