Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Neurosurgery

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support neurosurgery teams in Lubbock, TX. This full‑time on‑site position involves hospital call coverage, patient rounds, documentation, and ambulatory clinic support.

• Participate in hospital neurosurgery call coverage (24‑hour trauma call, 1:6 shift).
• Assist neurosurgeons with patient rounds, documentation, and postoperative care.
• Provide clinical support to clinic patients in an ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Completed an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Texas Registered Nurse license with current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Experience in neurosurgery or related critical care (preferred).
