• Active Texas LVN license (Compact accepted:

• Minimum 1 year of recent direct patient care experience; 2+ preferred
• BLS certification required
• Experience with advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
• COVID-19 testing with negative result (testing provided)
• Successful passing of urine drug screen and FBI fingerprint background check (screening and fingerprinting provided by the facility)
• Must have valid photo , TB documentation, and current CPR card
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including every other weekend
• Able to complete training during weekday hours initially
