CNA - Care -Down

Role Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs basic patient care in the Progress Care Step-Down Unit at Covenant Medical Center, assisting patients under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Assist with essential patient care tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility; support nurses with treatments and assessments; maintain patient hygiene and comfort; observe patient status and report changes.

• Texas Nurse Aide certification from Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.
• National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Competitive pay range of $15.40 to $23.08 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, and bonus incentives.
