Description
Infusion RN - Chemotherapy
The Infusion RN has knowledge of Oncology, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, knowledge and skills with port-a-caths and all venous access devices. The infusion nurse applies the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings.

Lubbock - Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies
Required Qualifications:
- Nursing degree/diploma
- Upon hire:
Texas Registered Nurse License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Within 1 year of hire: ALS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Coursework/Training:
- 12 cancer-related CE's after hire -OR-
- OCN certification after hire
- 1 year Nursing.
- 1 year Oncology experience.
- Chemotherapy administration experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
