Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree:
  Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
• Upon hire:
  Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year or more LVN Experience.
• 6 months ore more working in a clinical, patient-facing capacity on an interdisciplinary team
