Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Lubbock, TX)

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX. Pay is $2,490–$2,683 per week for a 13‑week assignment. The shift is 4 × 12‑hour (19:00–07:00). At least one year of experience is required.

• BLS
• NIHSS
• ACLS

• Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown care
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Blood product administration
• Central line and peripheral line care/management
• Cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration)
• Non‑invasive airway management, isolation precautions
• Cardiac telemetry, pre/post cardiac cath
• Feeding tube care, continuous bladder irrigation
• Pre/post hemodialysis management, renal failure & transplant
• Phlebotomy, PICC line management, IV initiation
• Heparin protocol, cardiac drip titration
• Substance withdrawal protocols
• External CPAP/BIPAP, high flow nasal cannula, nasal cannula
• Oxygen administration and oxygen tank management
• Tracheostomy and wound care (including wound vac)

• Pay: $2,490–$2,683 per week
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Shift schedule: 4 × 12‑hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
• Minimum experience:
