Join Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX as an LPN or LVN in the Hematology/Oncology unit. This full‑time, on‑site position requires daily attendance at the Lubbock location and focuses on delivering patient‑focused, whole‑person care with a human connection and a commitment to community service.

• Apply specialized training to deliver world‑class health care to oncology patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Observe and document patient progress, reporting changes to supervising RN or physicians.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and symptom management.

• Associate’s Degree – Graduate of an accredited licensed vocational school of nursing.
• Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of LVN experience.
• 6 months working in a clinical, patient‑facing capacity on an interdisciplinary team.

$22.76 – $34.82 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
