Under direct supervision, independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient’s plan of care. The GN serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers to enhance the patient experience. New graduates are permitted to perform any function that falls within the scope of nursing practice for which they have received educational preparation and have demonstrated minimal competency.

Shift Availability- Full‑Time, Night
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements.
- Daily attendance required at the designated location in Lubbock, TX.
- Candidates must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the state of Texas.

National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - Upon hire:
Texas Registered Nurse License – OR‑ Texas Graduate Nurse Permit.
