Responsibilities include monitoring on-going medical needs of residents in group home settings. Performs nursing assessments, develops and implements nursing care plans and other clinical documentation. Delegation of medication and training regarding medication needs.

Position Requirements
Requires license as RN in the State of Texas; IDD nursing experience preferred; on-call capabilities, primarily triaging by phone after hours; basic word processing, spreadsheet, and computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
