We are seeking an experienced Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment. You will work closely with patients and their families to ensure they receive the best possible care.

• Administer peritoneal dialysis treatment to patients as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patients' conditions and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families about peritoneal dialysis treatment and self-care techniques
• Monitor patients' vital signs and lab results to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge of current best practices in peritoneal dialysis treatment

• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in peritoneal dialysis nursing
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation
