Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide skilled nursing services in the home health setting. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and deliver care according to the physician's orders and the plan of care.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of licensed nursing experience, a valid state license, and CPR certification, with a willingness to travel to patient homes as required.
