Position Highlights- Guaranteed 32 Hours Per Week
- Comprehensive Training Provided

- Meaningful, Patient-Centered Work
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
OR - 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Rotating schedule based on patient care needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
- Perform electronic charting and documentation
- Assist with specialized clinical care and daily nursing needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Promote patient comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being
- Active Texas LVN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Experience with:
Enteral Feedings - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Rehabilitation
- Developmental Disability Services
- Behavioral Health
- Correctional Nursing
- Home Health
