• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; 3×12-hour shifts. 36 hours/week guaranteed. 48 hours may be approved.
• EMR:
  Epic; prior charting system experience preferred.
• Floating:
  Required between units and potentially nearby sister facilities. Travelers are first to float and must be flexible.

  Required:
  
  2 years preferred; at least 1 year required. First-time travelers accepted. Charge experience preferred.
• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend; 12 weekend shifts listed per contract.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI
  * listed. Compact RN license must be in hand at submission.

  Description:
  
  32-bed IMCU/Stepdown unit with approximately 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios. Cares for adult and adolescent patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and other complex conditions, including NSTEMI, AFib/RVR, CHF, sepsis, COPD, stroke, and trauma. Post-cath care, cardiac drips, trach/vent care, and TAVR/Watchman procedures.
• Special Requirements:
  Cardiac drips, post-cath procedural care, and trach/vent experience.
• Radius Rule:
  Local radius is 50 miles; local candidates are accepted at a lower bill rate.
• Holiday Requirement:
  Must work 3 of 5 holidays:
  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
• Scrubs:
  Solid navy blue.

• Facility: 379 staffed beds;
  Level II Trauma Center.
