Angels Care Home Health in Lubbock, TX, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under RN supervision. The LVN will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
We require a graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing, a current LVN license, CPR and hepatitis profile, and at least two years of LVN experience (home health preferred). A valid driver’s license is also required.
