Graduation from high school or equivalent with an additional one year experience attending animals or any combination of experience and education that provides:
Valid Current Driver’s License.

• Work with animals.
• Deal effectively with the public.
• Handle unpredictable animals.
• Operate equipment: catch pole, hose, squeegee, mop, broom.
• Communicate effectively with others.

• Continuously lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Continuously walk and/or stand during the shift.
• Climb ladders or stairs.
• Frequently bend and kneel to pick up animals and clean pens on the ground.
• Push and pull objects, e.g., dogs attached to a catch pole or leash.
• Frequently flex upper trunk forward and at the waist and partially flex knees.
• Reach up and below shoulder height.
