• Desire to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards.
• Strong focus on proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food service products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to effect change.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and procedure documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience acceptable.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle repetitive tasks, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
