Role Overview
Part‑time Stock Associate (Evening Off‑Hours) responsible for keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Represent AEO values, bring your real self, and support teammates on the Sales floor as needed.
Responsibilities- Efficiently process shipments, replenish inventory, manage markdowns and execute merchandising plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials and fixtures stay organized.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and execute corrective actions.
- Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest support, demonstrating teamwork.
- Adhere to safety, Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.
- Love for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time management.
- Flexible availability for early morning, late evening and weekends.
- Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
