Seasonal Sales Associate

Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and organizing displays
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising updates
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy
• Work as part of a team, communicating effectively to get the job done
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience is preferred; a love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• You must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
