Now Hiring Warehouse Freezer Order Selectors - AM & PM Shift!

Job Description:

Order Selectors are responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of orders and ensuring they arrive at the delivery platform completely and on time.

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing material handling equipment (pallet jack/heavy machinery
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area
• Comply with OSHA regulations and/or MSDS standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Work in 20' freezer

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
• Ability to perform simple math calculations
• Ability to identify and locate a product that requires reading, counting, and printing
• Ability to operate various material handling equipment
• Ability to work in various temperatures for periods of up to12 hours per day
• Ability to load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
• Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
• Ability to function as a team member and get along with others

• $16-$18 Pay Range
• $150 Quarterly Safety Bonus & Safety Meals
• $250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus
• Up to $700 Referral Bonus
