Job DescriptionYou can’t buy product if it’s not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You’re passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and pay close attention to detail. While the stockroom is your home base, you also flex your skills to support the team and guests on the salesfloor when needed.
Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
- Drive product movement by processing shipments, replenishing, mark downing, and merchandising in a timely and effective manner.
- Keep the stockroom running efficiently by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan, and take action to correct them.
- Step in to help teammates with non‑stock tasks or assist guests as required.
- Prioritize safety standards in the stockroom and on the salesfloor; follow Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You’re organized with strong attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management.
- You have flexible availability—early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- You’ve worked in a stock‑related role before.

Pay/Benefits Information- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
- Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
