Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced Territory Manager to become a key contributor to their growth. Territory Managers play a vital role in the company's success and are valued as industry specialists. They receive comprehensive training to understand the full scope of customer operations and develop deep expertise in laundry, kitchen, and housekeeping systems. This enables them to build stronger partnerships with customers by offering tailored solutions that address operational challenges and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's product line, equipment offerings, and market competitors
  • Identify new sales prospects through targeted market research
  • Deliver effective presentations of products and services to potential clients
  • Uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts by gaining a thorough understanding of their operations and requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer support, including issue resolution and diagnosis of equipment or process problems
  • Handle installation and ongoing maintenance of chemical dispensing systems
  • Be available for regular travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays (typically 1–3 per month)
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in institutional or commercial sales
  • Prior experience in sales, service, or installation of commercial laundry, dishwashing, or housekeeping equipment/chemicals is highly desirable
  • Physical capability to navigate laundry rooms, kitchens, and housekeeping areas safely
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and committed to honesty and professional integrity
