(Must live within the Lubbock or Amarillo, TX areas to interview)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for selling insurance and financial products to individuals and small businesses in the Lubbock and Amarillo markets. Your tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting needs‑analysis and financial planning sessions, presenting policies, negotiating terms, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships through regular follow‑ups.

You will work closely with the New York Life training team to develop marketing plans, build a client pipeline and meet sales targets. You will also take advantage of digital tools and prospecting platforms to open new opportunities.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well‑being of individuals, families, and small businesses.

Competitive, business‑mindful, coachable, communicative, self‑disciplined, and authentic individuals with strong sales or customer service experience will thrive in this role.

Compensation

$60,000 average earnings – $117,300 yearly (commission‑based). Individual performance will determine income. You have the power to earn commissions.
