The RoleAs a Senior Sales Representative, you will excel in sales while guiding and educating the team. Initially you will focus on establishing a strong personal sales record, then transition into a mentorship role while maintaining sales performance.

- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Ability to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle – 3 business days), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
