This is a full‑time, on‑site Outside Sales – Builder role based in Lubbock, TX. The position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key builders and customers. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, create tailored solutions based on customer needs, provide product recommendations, and manage accounts to ensure excellent service. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, offering in‑depth knowledge of building materials and products, and working collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate orders for timely delivery.

The role requires proactive communication and a drive to uphold the company’s standards of customer satisfaction.

• Customer Service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships and addressing customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Experience and knowledge in Flooring and Building Materials to provide informed product recommendations
• Skills in Account Management, including maintaining detailed records and managing client accounts efficiently
• Familiarity with the construction industry and understanding of builder‑related needs is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as part of daily responsibilities
