Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS
For the Fast Track Sales Program at TQL, you will build a career with an industry leader that offers high earning potential, uncapped commission, and significant compensation opportunities. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio for training with top brokers in the company, and once you’ve built a solid book of business, you may be relocated again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide.
Pay Range: $50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience)
What’s in it for you- $50,000–$55,000 minimum compensation first year (includes base salary, sign‑on bonus, and housing allowance)

- Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Assist your account executive in solving customer needs, finding carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and managing daily operations
- Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold‑calling
- Build and manage your book of business
- Use training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
