This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Lubbock, TX, for an Ignition Sales Engineer. The primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to clients, supporting sales processes by demonstrating product capabilities, and offering solutions that meet customer requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, responding to customer inquiries, and contributing technical expertise to close sales opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by offering proactive technical support and guidance on RIOT Industrial’s machine data solutions.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, and ability to support technical presentations and close deals effectively.
• Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or AI‑driven machine data solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
