Purpose

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) will be responsible for applying sales strategies to grow CC’s business at new and existing customer sites, with an emphasis on the manufacturing sector. The BSM will sell CC’s parts washer and environmental services to facilities that include small to medium‑size industrial and automotive repair businesses. Continuous growth of branch sales will be key to this position, and the BSM will receive a car allowance and be expected to drive their personal vehicle as part of this role.

Specific Duties
  • Promote safe work behaviors in accordance with all CC safety guidelines.
  • Provide customer service and new business development in a designated geographic area.
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts.
  • Assess potential customer needs, present CC products and services, and develop new customers.
  • Perform managerial duties in lieu of the Branch Manager on an interim basis as needed.
  • Conduct field tests and proper sampling of various waste streams at customer sites.
  • Develop sales leads for Data‑Marketing.
  • Assist field sales representatives in sales activities for new customer accounts.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Qualification Requirements

Core Competencies And Specific Skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, office equipment, etc.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as hoses, pumps, and truck equipment.
  • Ability to increase sales and foster growth of all lines of business.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Sales experience required (CC sales preferred).
  • Industrial sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access).

The compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on performance and location and may fall outside of the range shown.

Average Annual Earnings

$65,000 – $100,000 plus a year, includes benefits such as the following:
