This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field, meeting business owners, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Be out in the market - You'll spend most of your time visiting businesses, networking, and building relationships.
• Sell a lot - Your job is to grow our sales by bringing in new business and keeping customers coming back.
• and profit goals.
• Solve problems - Every business has signage needs-help them find the right solution.
• Know your products - You'll become an expert in signage products, materials, and installation processes.
• Work with our team - You're not alone. Our design, fabrication, and install teams are behind you to bring your sales to life.
• Be the face of Sky Rite - Customers will trust you as their signage advisor, not just another salesperson.
• Own your numbers - No excuses, just results. You'll hit and exceed your revenue targets.

We're looking for someone who's ready to take ownership of their success and build a thriving sales territory. Here's what will set you up for success:

• Documented experience in Business to Business (B2B) outside sales. We need someone who knows what it's like to strategize & plan, then go into the market, execute their plan, and build the business by creating & maintaining lasting relationships.
• Experience in signage, construction, or a related field a plus, but if you're a natural closer, we wanna talk!
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - You know how to connect with people and earn their trust. Absolute extrovert.
• CRM experience a plus - You'll use CRM software to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up effectively.
• The ability to travel overnight (10-15%) - You'll be out in the field making things happen.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. We want someone who is "coin operated", self-motivated, and hungry. This is a place where the right person, with the right skills & discipline, can make a ton of money. It's not a niche business but has a huge audience. Everyone needs a sign!
