US Sales Director

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to deliver strong, targeted growth performance.
• Build, expand and oversee a robust dealer network covering the United States and Canada.
• Lead key account relationships and drive strategic partnership development across the region.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on the North American market.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches to accelerate market penetration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams to strengthen overall brand visibility & influence within the powersports ecosystem.

• Demonstrated senior sales leadership background with extensive hands-on experience within the powersports industry.
• In-depth market expertise of North American distribution frameworks and established dealer operation systems.
• Well-established existing industry connections and proven strategic partnership resources across the region.
• Elite negotiation capabilities alongside a consistent track record of exceeding sales performance targets and quotas
• This role is remote (U.S. based) with regional travel as needed
