We are seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to develop new business opportunities and manage projects throughout the sales cycle within the Dallas–Fort Worth territory
.

This role is ideal for someone with construction or building materials sales experience who enjoys managing projects, developing relationships, and working independently in the field.

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow market share

• Identify and pursue new opportunities with schools, municipalities, HOAs, churches, and developers

• Conduct site visits and playground surveys to assess project requirements

• Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project designs

• Present project concepts and solutions to clients

• Manage projects through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close

• Maintain a structured pipeline and CRM records

• Collaborate with internal design and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Build long‑term client relationships within your territory

• 2+ years of outside sales experience

• Experience in construction, building materials, architecture, recreation equipment, or related industries preferred

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Approximately 50–70% local travel within the DFW territory

• Minimal overnight travel

• Base salary + uncapped commission

• First‑year expected earnings typically range from $45,000–$70,000

• Experienced consultants often earn $100,000+ annually
