As the Sales Manager, you will:

• Serve as the driving force behind the company’s sales efforts in the US.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients, including international hotel chains.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.

• Enhance channel partnerships and optimize management processes for all product offerings.

• Represent the company at the highest level to spearhead business growth and development.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to generate revenue from existing clients while acquiring new clients.

• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.

• Potentially manage sales activities in neighboring countries, depending on experience.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry with a solid understanding of hotel operations.

• A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a passion for networking and building relationships within the hotel industry.

• In-depth knowledge of the market and established connections with hotel owners, channel partners, system integrators, and senior hotel management teams.

• Strong understanding of hotel technologies and the ability to quickly adapt to new technological advancements.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language relevant to the market is a plus.

• A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets.

• Excellent client relationship management skills to ensure long-term partnerships.

• A track record of successfully managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective clients.

• Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

• Managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

• Attending industry events and networking functions to expand your professional network.

• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
