As a Security Officer – Foot Patrol Specialist in Lubbock, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned retail and chemical/petrochemical locations, helping to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible to the public and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with those you encounter.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and attentive to changing conditions in the environment, adapting patrol patterns as needed to meet site requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
