Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections.
How You Will Do It- Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines
- Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices
- Learn to complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding
- Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule
- Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation
- Make minor repairs and programming changes under direct supervision
- Complete assigned inspections on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
- RME-I License
- 2+ years of experience with sprinkler systems
- Able to obtain and retain required licenses
- Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage
- Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems
- Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing repairs
- Capable of performing physical labor
- Able to work in unusual and difficult positions
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willing to work overtime hours
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
- Repair experience
- Backflow certification
- NICET Level II certification
