This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership and direction for the fire service business in the local district office. Responsibilities include supervising fire/sprinkler/suppression service inspectors/technicians, developing business strategies, and implementing action plans to meet the districts objectives and drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business.
What You Will Do
- Supervise fire/sprinkler/suppression service inspectors/technicians
- Develop business strategies and implement action plans
- Perform inspections and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Maintain effective customer communications and build solid customer relationships
- Ensure employee safety training is thorough and up to date
- Perform scheduled inspections

- Revenue responsibility: implement plans to meet and exceed corporate goals and objectives
- Customer Satisfaction: maintain effective customer communications and build solid customer relationships
- Productivity Improvement: ensure fair and effective performance measurements and motivate employees to achieve goals
- Safety Compliance: ensure all employees comply with corporate safety programs
Required
- NICET Level II certification
- RME-I License
- Demonstrate supervisory/leadership abilities
- Seven to ten years of documented experience in the Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements
- Valid Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression license
- Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices
- Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer's schedule
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
- Retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes
The hourly rate for this position is $34.00/hr - $44.00/hr this position includes a competitive benefits package.
